Create a Datascaphe Uplink account

Sign-up

You can sign-up and sign-in on Datascaphe Uplink in two different ways:

• Sign-up with Microsoft account (recommended)
• Sign-up with email

In both cases, the email must be a work email with your own domain. Public emails such as gmail.com or outlook.com will not work as Power BI does not support these accounts.

To work with the Sign-up with Microsoft flow, the account must already be associated to Azure Entra/AD.

Update your Organization Information

If you are the first user for your organization (the domain name of the email), you will be directed to the organization creation screen.

For the Power BI connection to work, it is essential to provide your Azure tenant Id. This will allow obtaining your domain names to facilitate user management and proceed with report linking.

Contact information will be required for buying licenses for your organization.

Datascaphe Uplink account management

If you are the first one from your domain to sign-up to Datascaphe Uplink, you will be the administrator for this domain on Datascaphe.

The administrator account can:

• Provide the required information regarding your organization and its Azure tenant,
• Specify if other accounts from the same domain can freely sign-up for Datascaphe Uplink,
• Modify the role of other Datascaphe Uplink accounts from the same domain and promote them to administrator.
